Once an appointment has been made we will normally confirm
our appointment in writing with a brief information pack
although if your request for a survey is more urgent
we can usually accommodate requests within 24Hrs.
Unbiased and Informed Advice
Our surveyors are all experienced technicians
who are actively involved installing and servicing
alarm and security systems so you are assured
that no sales reps will call and the surveyors
actually know what their talking about.
When our surveyor arrives for the appointment,
providing you with identification you can verify,
he will carry out an accompanied assessment of
your premises discussing your individual needs
and selecting the most appropriate equipment
for the task presented based on the risk factor
for the property and your specific requirements.
On completion of the survey, a comprehensive
specification will be produced and forwarded
for your consideration. Should you accept our
proposals, we will endeavour to install your
system as promptly and efficiently as possible.
Costs
We believe our customers are not looking for
a cheap option, but do expect a quality system
at a competitive, sensible cost and you may be
surprised how little a quality security system
can be.
An important aspect to
remember is that with a Care Guard Security

or tied in with a monthly “monitoring” contract.

engineers are not permitted to work unsupervised until
they meet the rigorous expectations and standards demanded
by Care Guard Security Ltd’s Managing Director,
Bob Ward.
Our helpful office staff are available
to answer your general enquiries and book your installation,
service or emergency call (yes we do get the occasional
breakdown or emergency call like all companies, but these
are dealt with promptly in compliance with NSI & BS4737
guidelines) efficiently and with the least inconvenience
to you.
